Version 14 seems to have changed from v13 in that there is no configuration called Event Categories, it is now Event Templates. In the event template settings there is no place to specify online events. This turned off the location field in v13. Is there a way to do this in v14 other than blanking out the venue field?

Also, does anyone know where there are detailed instructions for using the new features like the Youtube feed?
