I want to show apps home page as seen on Odoo enterprise after login. In Odoo community , it discussion page by default is opening after login. But I need Apps home page similar to Odoo enterprise in Odoo community.

Hi,
Either you have to customize and make it possible in the odoo community edition or you can use the free themes in the odoo app store, that bring such functionality in the community edition.
