Dear friends, 

We are using Odoo Community Edition 12.0 and need to deliver good availability for all users (visually impaired, blind, cognitive disabilities etc).

When we use the web-browser Jaws 2020 - our blind users have trouble navigating from the Main menu (the waffles non-visual encoding is wrong) and the Search-bar (the tab-order needs to be changed).

Do you have any idea of how tow proceed?
