System permits adding list items, e.g. contract types, service types, vehicle makes. It does not permit editing items on said lists. The action name is "Create and Edit" yet I can only Create, never Edit. Using the cloud install latest version of Odoo Fleet. I am the account creator / primary administrator. Unable to find a setting, configuration, or any other means to actually edit / delete items from the lists.

Hi,
if you are the admin , go to settings -> technical -> security -> Access control list, and then check whether you have edit permission in the corresponding model if not, grand the permission.
if you are not the admin, please contact the admin of the system to do the same

I created the account, so as the only user should be the admin. In Odoo Fleet in Settings, there is Dashboard, Users, General, and Translations. No Technical or Security.
I can go to Settings -> Users -> (me) -> Access Rights. At that location I am an Employee: Employee + Fleet: Manager + Administration: Settings. The only other option on Administration: is Access Rights.
It may be an issue with the Free version? There is an option to install Odoo Studio to customize menus. But that is a paid tool.
