File truncated with the module l10n_fr_fec

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with the l10n_fr_fec module on Odoo version 12.0. If it works well locally, it doesn't work properly once in production.
I have a rather large volume of data (95000 rows), and in production the file is not complete (about 20000/25000 rows maximum). Moreover, the file is not truncated at the end of a line, but randomly in the middle.
I think it's a memory problem on the server, but if someone has already had the problem or another idea I'm interested in their ans

Hello,
I have made some progress in my research and it seems that the problem is low speed internet connections. With someone who has fiber the file is accessible without problem, but with a connection like mine, impossible to download the file. It generates for a few seconds and then the download starts while the data is not all written...
