hi odoo team 
The first problem
I have purchased a set of add-ons
Invoice No. SO2022/2390259
Amount $944
The amount has been deducted from the card
But the invoice turned into a purchase offer, which means that I can not download, but with deduction of the amount.
I contacted my bank and he told me that I will return the amount after 20 days
The second problem
It happened yesterday
I have purchased a set of add-ons
Invoice No. SO2022/2607524
Amount 130$
The amount was deducted from the card, but this time twice
But the invoice turned into a purchase offer, which means that I can not download, but with deduction of the amount.
Do I have to contact my bank every time?
Is this Odoo’s sales policy, knowing that my purchases from some simple software sites exceed $50,000 per month, and I have never encountered such a problem.
Note that I am new to the Odoo community store
