I'm using the HR Evaluation model.  I've  created self review forms to assign to employees.  I'm unable to set security restrictions on them.  Seems like I have to grant each user "survey manager" access in order for them to make edits.  When doing so this seems to give them access to other employees results.

Also, is there a way for an employee to start their appraisal and save a draft?  Currently I just see a submit button.
