I have maintenance plugin and I want to send notifications to all members of Maintenance Team that request was posted to.
Currently no one is getting notfied when there is a new request and I feel like those Maintenance Teams have absolutely no use.

I saw this earlier. But as you can see they include the technician while creating the request. I want to send email to all the people in Maintenance Team without any input from the user posting request...
I installed "base_automation" addon and added new template. With this new addon I attached it to Maintenance Request with trigger "on creation". It is kinda working, but I don't know what should I type in "From" field of the template to send email to all Maintenance Team members. I have found that this fields is called "member_ids" but I don't know how to use it.
