In my Odoo 8 I have private project with several folowers.
When I create task all folowers receive email notification. Is it possible to send email only for those followers, who associated with specific task?

Go to Settings -> Technical -> Email -> Subtypes,
There you can control the automatic email sending thing. When the default box is active, it sends email when you do this actions.
