In odoo 13 I have a problem:
When I add a follower to a task, I type in the name and it shows twice the same name.
One is the correct, have picture, full data.
The other only have the name and the email address.
But when I type in the name, it shows only the name and the email, so they are completely the same, I dont know witch is the correct one.
Why is this? How can I delete the wrong one?
At the settings/active users I can find only once this user.
Check for archived users and contacts. If two different records are showing in the bar, then it is very likely two different records.
