in odoo 9 does it exist any module that when customers purchase products and services, support team in our company support them and provide after sale services for customers?

Hi Nasim,
You can check UVdesk ( https://www.uvdesk.com/en/ ) which is a helpdesk and your support team can support your customer and provide post sale services to the customer.

There was crm_helpdesk on V8, but it is not migrated to V9 Community ...
you can check : this [1] , or this  [2] if they suite your needs,
