Hi Odoo community , we are moving from our custom ERP to Odoo, so our company is new to Odoo. In our business we sell consulting service to client. Depending on the skill of the employee and his experience.
Both of them need to charged the time on the same task inside the project. We are looking for a non third-party inside Odoo or a Odoo approve apps in best scenario.
Ex:
Employe name : Tom cruise
Experience rate : Junior
Employe name : Chuck Norris
Experience rate : Junior

The employee don't have to know the rate he is when he enter his time for a task he just write the task and the amount of time. Our ERP is already doing that , but we are looking to do the same. Does it exist or we need to develop or buy it.
