Hey Guys, 

I actually have  Odoo 9.0 installed on a windows server 2012 machine member of my domain. I equally have an internal PKI running on Windows server 2016 which is responsible to issue certificates to my servers.. Since i've been searching on internet a way to deliver windows signed certificate to my Odoo server but no way.  Can somebody tell me if there is a way to create a certifcate request on odoo or a tool which will help me help me through?

Thanks for your reply Axel, but from what i read abour Traefik the authority delivering the certificate is traefik.com whereas what i want is to deliver a certiifcate with my own internal autority that issuingCA.mydomain.com. Is it still possible?

You should try to use a reverse proxy in front of your Odoo install that speak the letsencrypt acme protocol. There are many available like Traefik or Caddy server that provides the integration out-of-the-box with letsencrypt that will give you free valid certificates for your domain
