Hello everyone,

I am trying to create the price lists for individual customers for all the products available in the database. It worked fine for the first customer and his price list but when I tried to create the second price list for the same set of products, for the second customer, the price list didn't come into effect while creating the sales order. What could have I done wrong? Please suggest.

Hi RG,

Were you able to solve your problem? We are in a similar situation, i.e. we have negotiated price per customer and have created pricelists for each of our customer. On sales order, it works correctly for each customer, but if we create the invoice directly, it does not pick the price at all.

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

Hello Pinakin, I made sure the price list is set for the customer; but still the issue persists. Also, odoo doesn't give issue for setting different prices for different customers for the same product no?

The prices not affect only if not correctly set on sales order. If pricelist field not visible on sales order. Make sure you have correctly set pricelist on customer.
