Please,

What is the best practice with linking app employee with documents in Odoo 15. We would like to use app Documents for storing HR documents only. Our idea is to every employee has a smart button linking into Documents directly in his file with all his documents. Is this feasible solution? Thank you for your help.

Hi,
There is already smart button which connects Employees and Document button in Odoo V-15.
Please check the below screenshot. It is taken from Odoo Enterprise - 15.0.
