Hi

I would like to be able to read emails sent by a customer directly in the "contacts" module. Today :
- when I send an email from the "contacts" form to the customer : OK, he receives it
- when the customer responds to this email: OK, I see his response in odoo
- BUT when this customer spontaneously sends me an email: his email does not appear in ODOO

something wrong in my parameters ?
