we are using odoo comm11 and wondering if i want to send a message to followers it defaults to include customer email.  can i change that?    i want our projects to be mostly internal and not copied to the customer and i can see how easy this would happen!

also when logging notes i understand that there are not notifications to followers.   but what is the fuction of the "@name" when put into a note.  is that a notification or just a link to that particular contact's screen?
