We've recently had a few of our non-US clients get confused by the decimal marks in Odoo when they view their quotations and invoices. In other words, our use of ',' and '.' is the opposite, and it's leading to some issues.
Is there a way to have Odoo change this sort of feature based on the user's country selection?

It is not possible based on the country selection, but you can define these and other properties, such as date format, in the language settings.
