I want to define pounds (lbs) as my default weight unit, how can I do this?

Go to Warehouse -> Configuration -> Unit of Measures...
Create pound (lbs) -> category: weight -> Set it as reference UoM for this category... and set it the ratio for other UoM in weight category...
Thank you for your answer! As an example if I do this arrangement in the system and I want to print a Delivery Order Slip, the "Weight Field" it is supposed to be in pounds?
