We are facing an issue with Odoo Partnership Subscription. Unable to access our Certification Exams for some reason, all our invoices are paid and confirmed by Administration. Error message says:
" Your certification order is not yet validated by Odoo.
Be sure that your invoice is marked as paid."

Steps we took after:
1. Contacted our Account Manager about the issue.
2. Raised a ticket.
3. Contacted Regional Manager about the issue.
4. Asking community (this post).

Has anyone from the community came across this issue? How did you managed to resolve it? 

Note: We have tried contacting Administration and its been more than 03 weeks and no update on our issue. 

Update: Issue is resolved and completed.

Hi,

If you escalate the issue with your Odoo AM, it is expected to be sort out in quick time. You contact the account manger and ask him for the updates and regarding why it is getting delayed this much.
