CE V14 addons/website_theme_install missing

Hi, in the community edition v14 is missing the addons/website_theme_install. That is normal ??? Was replace ???

Yes website_theme_install has been replaced by website module itself in Odoo v14.

QUESTION - I'm new to Odoo, only been playing with it for a few weeks. I see the
website app, and have been working with it and find it very useful.
However, when I go to the Themes section in the backend of Odoo, it only
shows that default theme. Is there no intuitive way to install themes
for Odoo backend itself like Wordpress, or even the way Odoo does its
app installs with a click of the button? Am I missing something? Thanks,
