I purchase product:
(A) in cases of 60 units
(B) in cases of 240 units
(C) in cases of 100
When manufacturing I put one unit of A, B & C in a bag and sell them in cases (30 bags per case). So the Unit of measure on my finish goods case is (case-30).
So my BOM is 1 case-30 UOM and I put 30 A's, 30 B's and 30 C's in the case.
I put in a Manufacturing order for 500 cases. My work order wants me to pick 1,500 units of A, B & C.
Is there anyway to convert that on the pick sheet to the purchase unit of measure. I do not need my pickers doing the math. I would much prefer the pick sheet be in purchase unit of measure.
Pick 25 cases of product A
Pick 6.25 cases of product B
Pick 15 cases of product C
After manufacturing is completed put .75 cases of product B back in stock.
Hope this makes sense.
Appreciate any input.

How are the workers supposed to put 0.75 cases back without math?
