Is there any way to link the product with the analytic account without any customization? I am using V12 community.

Hi,
You can refer the following OCA app for the above requirement.This module is an alternative to the official module account_analytic_default.
By using this you can define the analytic accounts for the product categories too.

I'm using Odoo 13 on cloud service. is there any way i can get the module "account analytic defaults" ?
Also curious about how this should work. If i want to add default analytic accounts for products in 14.0, am i supposed to use project template defaults or some other way?

Yes, you can define analytic defaults. Where various condition and based on that you can set the analytic account.
Conditions:
Based on Product
Based on User
Based on Company
Based on Account
Based on Partner
Based on Dates
Can you mention where i would found this option. I didnt found this option in the analytic account page. I need to configure analytic account with product. When i choose a particular product then automaticaly a particular analytic account will be choosen. Can we do that?
You need to install module "Account Analytic Defaults" (Standard module). Then you can find the menu Invoicing/Configuration/Analytic Accounting/Analytic Defaults
