Can we add comments in the Odoo security file with the CSV format ?

Hi ,

I see the CSV file in the security of odoo ( e.g ir.model.access.csv ) need some comments can we add one ?

No, CSV doesn't specify any way of tagging comments - they will just be loaded by programs like Excel as additional cells containing text.
