I've created a purchase order and now it does not have a shipment (transfer) associated with it. Probably because I've deleted it.

So it has 0 shipments and so the "receive products" button does not show up. Now it seems that I cannot associate a transfer to this PO.

I tried:

1. click on 0 Shipments.

2. See the empty list.

3. Click the "create" button.
   But the transfer created from this form does not get associated with the purchase order at all, it seems.

I can't seem to find a way to associate a transfer with this purchase order any more. Help?
