These are available fields to store the location of a product in a warehouse. They can be used however you want. Unfortunately, they assume that you have only one warehouse, so if you have more that one you are a bit stuffed.

You as a citizen, have an address where you live, an email, a phone number, you also have a professional address, etc...
If we need to contact you, reach you, or find you, we can do it at those addresses.

It's  the same for the products in stock: Rack, Row, and Case, all together, are the physical address of the Product in a given location (the exact position where the product is stored). When we needd to find a product (let's say for picking operations) we can locate it a this address.

Usually, they are identified (and labelled) by an Alpha-Numeric code (e.g Rack A - Row 12 - Case 5 , or Rack 18 - Row C - Case 2A)
