i have already a theme called technology kea by default and i bought another one and i want to mix the 2 themes each one has something that i want can i do that ? and how

Yes of course you can do that... However you are going to need an expert to dig into the CSS files and take whatever you need from the first theme to inject it to the second theme file.
There is no magical approach or method to do it... you need to hard code it.

Hi,
You can’t add two themes in odoo Website by default. How ever, you can customise the theme to include the other theme’s styling if you have good coding knowledge.
