There are no zaps for Dynamics CRM available, but several for OpenERP. So you have to write your own zap, see https://zapier.com/zapbook/openerp/ for help, this is not an OpenERP issue. Anyway, I would think about updating to Odoo 8.0 or 9.0 and use Odoo only, instead of MS Dynamics CRM.
