Currently I'm on Google Workspace. Despite all troubleshooting, I experience serious lag with Google Emails and Odoo. Example being - I have Helpdesk enabled. I have the emails sent up to create a helpdesk ticket upon receipt of an email to a specific email alias.

Under Settings>Technical>Automations>Scheduled Actions I have the Mail: Fetchmail Service set to pull every minute and at priority 1 (had it at 0 before, don't really see any difference). In all my tests, It takes approximately 15-20 minutes for the helpdesk ticket to be created. When it is created, it tags it to the time the email was sent (15-20 minutes prior) even though it wasn't actually a helpdesk ticket until much later.

The auto response email goes out approximately 2 minutes after it's been received in the helpdesk system.

I've scoured guides and have been troubleshooting for probably 4+ hours to no avail. Just wondering if the incoming mail lag is specific to Google? I'm not opposed to switching my mail provider to Microsoft, but didn't want to go through the hassle if it doesn't solve the problem.
