The standard Odoo 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0 Chart of Accounts for Indonesia includes only 11120001 - Bank Suspense.
Check the Description for the second account to see if anyone added Notes or use Developer Mode to access the Metadata so you can see who created it and ask them why it was created:
