Trying to understand if we attach multiple photos for every sales order in the Log Note section, we understand that's going to increase the database size dramatically overtime, but would it actually affect the external and internal user's accessing speed in reality?

If it slows down procesesing speed while accessing the sales order only, we can understand as it has attachments of photos, like opening up a large email.

But, would it actually affect people accessing our online store (Website module) and our internal user accessing Accounting, Inventory and Purchase modules?
