I use the community edition of Odoo in v12. How can I simple attach mails to an existing lead? Normally I write my mails from outlook and just want to put sales@mydomain.com in my BCC or so, and maybe I add the lead number to the subject and then it should go to the lead.
I know this is possible. But how?
Hi... you would have to configure outgoing email for that. Does your email have smtp server? We can help you configure it properly. Let me know.
