I would like to allocate automatically leave per mouths or years for all the employees

for example allocate automatically for a leave type like "Annual leave" 20 days every years to all the employees

How can I do that with Odoo 10 community version please?

Thank you for your answer but this module auto approve leave request  or what i need is a module which synchronous leave allocation per years

then you may have to customize it accordingly
