@Gary, There are currently no modules I am aware of for Odoo v8.0 that support Alipay, however i'm sure this will be considered by Odoo partners in China and Southeast Asia in the near future. I'd recommend getting in touch with an Odoo partner in Hong Kong or China to discuss your requirements with them directly.
