Is it possible to add an item "Admin Fee" which is 10% of total value of Amount on quotations (and sales orders and Invoice). Bit like tax but titled as Admin fee.
Thought of creating a new tax butdont have Accounting module and I think there might be a better solution.

You don't need to have the accounting module installed to define taxes. Install the invoicing module and activate "Show full accounting features" in the user's settings.
