I need to add some more data to the invoice.Though I can add data like declaration,Amount chargeable(in words),Authorised Signatory etc all these does not appear while taking print outs.What should be done to make some new additions appear in the invoice printout?

you will need to install openoffice or libreoffice then install the plugin downloaded from openerp report designer module

then openerp the openoffice and click on openerp report designeer

then modify existing report

feed the server parameter and download the report

than you can modify the report as you want

You have to modify /openerp/addons/account/report/account_print_invoice.rml file
