ON V13 , you get a msg if an email failed to send (odoo.sh).

if you click on the msg it takes you to the related event (sales order in this case) and you can see in the notes a red envelope next to the email that indicates it was not sent/received. for some reason it comes up and asks if you want to ignor email errors (or something along those lines). I accidentally must have clicked it - any body know how to turn it back on?
