One of the questions is, "Who can be an Internal User?" This question is never discussed in the course itself. The lesson only says to select Internal Users to use for testing. Additionally, I believe the answer is incorrect as well (especially since the email used for the video uses a gmail email address.

An Internal User is any user who has login access to the system and is part of the organization, typically employees, contractors, or team members using their credentials.

They are distinct from external users, such as customers, partners, or the general public, who may interact with the system through portals, community pages, or public interfaces.

Internal Users can have any type of email address (including Gmail or other personal domains) if the system admin has provisioned them for access. In testing environments or training videos, it's common to see generic or Gmail addresses used for demonstration purposes, this does not change their classification as "internal" if they have system login access and are considered part of the organization.
