scenario

i have establishment with multi company , and their employees can work in one company and later 
transfers to another company say that our employee work on company A 2 years and on company B 3 years 
when calculating end of service for that employee total years become 5 years and then calculating
end of service depends on that .

Question 

transferring employees between companies on establishment must be by sinning new contracts or by 
mandate process or depending on what , from business perspective.
how we can handle same scenario using odoo ?
