I have pull latest code of Odoo V9 from git and restarted server. Now when I try to access it from browser, data in page is not loaded(looks blank page). Also when try to create new database it gives below error message.

Database creation error: relation "res_users_log" does not exist LINE 1: INSERT INTO "res_users_log" ("id", "create_uid", "write_uid"... ^

Can anyone help me please to solve this issue.
