Is there any way to customise the contact form to add more fields as well as an upload option for scanned business documents and other files?
I'm looking to setup a total of three contact forms for various purposes including the following:
>> Distributor Application
>> includes VAT, File Upload (preferably to attachments on the customer), Mobile, Fax, Contact Person, Legal Business Entity, etc.
>> General Enquiries
>> standard contact form for CMS/E-commerce - Odoo v8
>> Customer Support Ticketing System
>> I noticed in another question here - https://www.odoo.com/forum/Help-1/question/Does-Odoo-have-an-help-desk-functionality-31830 that Fabien had suggested a way to implement this with the issues system. Would there be any way to capture this information through a contact form that would open up a ticket and also trigger an automated template response to the customer as well as a copy of the form contents to be sent to an internal support email address?
Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.

@Harihan Gopalan, I'm currently working on revising this and adding multiple forms for various applications. Once i've got something workable for myself i'll post a copy up as a module on my github profile so that others can work with it, however this is not likely to happen for a few months as 8.0 final stable release has not yet been announced.
