In "Accounting > Make Manual Tax Adjustments" there is a field "Adjustment Tax". It is a dropdown. But there is nothing to select. And you can't type anything in the field. It is supposed to indicate the tax_id, but something is wrong because it can't find anything for the dropdown. Anyone ever use this function successfully? This is Odoo 10 CE.

That should lead you directly to add an adjustment Tax
