I confirm that all the necessary steps are included inside the google sheet when it is created.

A menu called Odoo is available onto the spreadsheet: this where you can give access to your database data for the speadsheet (which is saved outside Odoo (if I am correct). see below.

Login: your login name used to access your db

Password: Password you use to access Odoo

Database URL: https://xxx as per your installation

Database name: "your db name"

Do not load large sets of data to make sure they are accurately read by the google spreadsheet. If necessary split your data in several sub-sets or make sure you have filtered as necessary inside odoo before your selected the data to export.

There is no any documentation available about google spreadsheet, if you want to learn and get aware about it, then you just visit this link and install module and do trial and run then you can understand.
