About the job
As a Business Analyst & Retail Expert at Odoo, you lead end-to-end implementations of Odoo solutions across diverse business domains. You analyze client needs, design and configure tailored workflows, manage projects from start to finish, and deliver user training, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and successful.
Alongside client work, you act as a Retail specialist within Odoo, coaching other Business Analysts and Partners worldwide, collaborating with Product and Sales teams, contributing to marketing initiatives and events like Odoo Experience, and helping develop new service offerings.
Through continuous training and real-world exposure, you deepen your functional and business expertise while supporting the growth of Odoo’s Retail ecosystem. The role is dynamic and collaborative, with a structured 6-month onboarding within the Quickstart team and increasing autonomy over time.

MUST HAVE
- Fluency in English and French
- We're looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in at least one of these key areas: the retail sector, subscription models, pricing strategy (including promotions and loyalty programs), merchandising, or sales strategy.
- Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive
- Learn fast & Multitasking
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Valid work permit for Belgium
- Affinity with the IT world
NICE TO HAVE
- Other European Languages: Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
- Experienced in management software implementation or digital transformation
- Experience with a management tool
- Experience as a consultant / BA or PM
- Loves Raclette and Karaoke 🧀🎤

Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
