Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a bug. But when I create a user in HR and use the create related user form, the image loads but does not save. However it does create the new user to be edited under settings>users, but you have to upload the photo again to save it. I would think uploading an image or an avatar once would fill the HR image + HR relater user image + Settings user image... so I feel like I'm doing something wrong. 

Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.
