Is there any way to give test database access to new invited user?
Or they can only access it through login to production database?
I want to avoid user wrongly do things on production database.

You can set up an account in the test database and generate a link to reset the password:
The email will NOT be sent, because this is a test database, but the link should still work:
Click on that link and it takes you where you can set the password
Or you can create a password and send them an email with a link to the database.
