I developed a custom module. I created two user groups , one of them with full acces to my custom module and the other with read access. Now I need to allow to this group create new users,  but only with access rights level equal or lower than it already has.

In other words, in the Users form, in "Access Rights" I want to show only in Apps section my custom app and not to show others options and others sections.

Any help, thanks in advanced!!
