The Forwarding feature can only be used with lines belonging to other users and the FollowMe feature with lines belonging to the same user.
The Forwarding feature can only forward to one line and the FollowMe feature can ring multiple lines.
The Forwarding feature is only triggered when there is no answer, while the FollowMe feature rings the other line independently from a no-answer event.
There is no difference, both can be used to ring another line whenever a call is received.
