ECOLO (the green belgian political party) entrusted to Acsone the development of an application to manage its Human Resources (militants and representatives) in order to replace its current and old for more than 10 years internal application. This consists especially to: * the follow-up of the members, supporters, politicians and representatives with a complete network and a fluent and performing communication; * the follow-up of the electoral process from the setting up of the lists to the electoral results; * the follow-up of the membership fees and retrocessions; * the definition of the state's structure and party's organisation. The OpenErp solution has been selected requiring the development of necessary and important extensions to the basis features: * advanced CRM (Customer Relationship Management): multi-email; multi-address, address validation, multi-phone, multi-relationship between partners, management of duplicates, ... * creation of dynamic distribution lists with mass mailing features based on a multi-model search; * SSO-type authentication method. In accordance with the model of society promoted by ECOLO, all modules will be open-sourced.
