To resolve this, Brainvire is implementing Odoo 18 Enterprise with key modules like CRM, Sales, Manufacturing, and Accounting. The solution includes automation of inter-company transactions, custom BOMs and routings, and document version tracking. Manufacturing Orders at Hedge are now auto-triggered by Sales Orders from Jonite, with synchronized notes and attachments.
Expected outcomes include faster turnaround times, real-time order tracking, branded customer documents, and improved coordination between Jonite and Hedge. This project sets the foundation for scalable, efficient operations with enhanced visibility and reduced manual workload.
